Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PXM Projects (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website (pxmprojects.co.za) or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

PXM Projects provides a wide range of creative and event-related services, including but not limited to:

• Custom printing on clothing, gifts, and accessories
• Design and production of co-clothing and co-parade items
• Personalized gift items for events, brands, or personal use
• Event planning, coordination, and execution
• Branded corporate gifts and promotional items

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to engage in a legal agreement.

3. Custom Orders

All orders involving customization (e.g., names, logos, slogans) are produced based on the customer’s design input. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer. Customers must approve artwork proofs before production. Once approved, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

4. Quotation & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 7 working days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in supplier costs, production demands, or shipping rates. Final pricing may be adjusted based on final design complexity or urgency of delivery.

5. Payments

Orders must be paid in full (or per agreed deposit) before production begins. Payment methods include EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), card payments, or any other method approved by PXM Projects. Proof of payment must be emailed to info@pxmprojects.co.za.

6. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimated and vary based on the project type:

• Simple print jobs: 1–3 working days
• Event preparations and bulk clothing: 5–10 working days
• Large events or bulk custom orders: Timelines discussed per project

Rush orders may attract additional fees. PXM Projects is not liable for production delays due to supplier shortages, power outages, or courier service issues.

7. Delivery & Collection

Clients may collect orders in person or opt for courier delivery (nationwide in South Africa). Courier costs will be added to the total invoice. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control.

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are only granted if there is a proven error on our part (wrong size, incorrect design, damaged goods). Claims must be submitted in writing with photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving your order. No refunds will be provided for personalized goods with customer-supplied design mistakes.

9. Event Planning Terms

All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The balance must be paid at least 3 working days before the event. Clients are responsible for obtaining venue permissions and permits unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

10. Intellectual Property

All creative works, including artwork, designs, logos, and photos produced by PXM Projects, remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client-provided content must be original or properly licensed. We reserve the right to refuse printing copyrighted or offensive content.

11. Limitation of Liability

PXM Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the specific service or product involved.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, acts of war, labor strikes, or power outages.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except for shipping or payment processing. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

PXM Projects reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in a South African court of law.
