Refund Policy

At PXM Projects, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We strive to provide high-quality services and products. However, due to the nature of our work—particularly personalized, custom-made, and event-related products—we maintain the following refund and return policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be approved under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received (not matching what was ordered)
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Service was not delivered as agreed in writing
- Event cancellation by PXM Projects due to unforeseen internal circumstances
2. Non-Refundable Items and Services
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Customized or personalized gifts, clothing, or prints once production has started
- Design services after client approval
- Deposits paid for event planning, venue hire, or merchandise
- Items damaged due to customer negligence or mishandling
- Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
3. Return Process
If you are eligible for a return and refund, you must follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item or service at info@pxmprojects.co.za or call 087 378 1457
- Provide your order number, full name, contact details, and clear photos of the product (if applicable)
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team, in original packaging where possible
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise
- Banking delays may apply depending on your financial institution
5. Event Booking Cancellations
If you cancel an event service:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposits)
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event date are not eligible for any refund
